Mark Pieloch is the President and owner of PF Inc., formerly known as Pet Flavors. Pieloch is also the owner and Chairman of the Board of PSPC Inc., which sells a patented arthritis product for companion animals. Pieloch is a Registered Pharmacist in Massachusetts, Michigan, Kansas, and Nebraska.

Education

Mark Pieloch attended Gardner High School in Gardner, Massachusetts between the years of 1975-1978, graduating #7 in his class of 385 students. After high school, Pieloch earned a M.S. in Industrial Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, graduating magna cum laude. He then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the Ross School of Business of the University of Michigan, graduating magna cum laude.

Pieloch has been a Registered Pharmacist in Massachusetts since 1979. He has founded a variety of business in the field of pet pharmaceuticals.

Pharma Chemie, Inc

Pieloch founded Pharma Chemie, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1990. In 1994 relocated the company to Syracuse, Nebraska. In 2012, he split Pharma Chemie, Inc. into two companies: Pharma Chemie, which remained in Syracuse and PSPC Inc. (later renamed Phycox) located in Melbourne, Florida. In 2012, Pieloch sold Pharma Chemie, Inc. to Pet Tech Labs.

Peak Nutrituion Inc.

In 1996, Pieloch founded Peak Nutrition Inc. He later sold the company in 2009.

PalaTech Laboratories

Pieloch incorporated PalaTech Laboratories in Nebraska in 1998, and sold the company in 2009.

Pet Flavors

Pieloch founded Pet Flavors in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota. In 2011, Pieloch then moved Pet Flavors Inc. to Melbourne, Florida. and renamed the company PF Inc.

FlavorTek Inc

In 2006, Pieloch founded FlavorTek Inc. in Oldsmar, Florida in 2006 and sold the company in 2010.

Phycox Canine Soft Chews

Pieloch founded Phycox Canine Soft Chews in 2008.

Patents

Mark Pieloch is named as an inventor or co-inventor for a variety of patents.

On August 24, 2004, US patent #6780437 was issued for coated potassium chloride granules and tablets. The patent was assigned to Upsher-Smith Laboratories, Inc., with Mark Pieloch and Bradley L. Christenson listed as co-inventors.

On April 11, 2006, US patent #7025965 was issued for a method of use and dosage composition of bluegreen algae extract for inflammation in animals. The patent was assigned to Pharma Chemie, Inc. with Pieloch named as the sole inventor.

Charitable Giving

Pieloch is active in the animal welfare community, having donated $1.5 million for the building of the new Pieloch Pet Adoption Center in Lincoln. The Center opened in June 2013. Pieloch continues to support the organization through fundraising efforts,

Other donations include:

  • $12,000 to the Central Florida Animal Reserve in 2013.
  • $600,000 to Washington State University's School of Veterinary Medicine for canine studies involving Phycox.
  • $125,000 to Auburn University's School of Veterinary Medicine for equine studies involving Phycox.
  • $10,000 to the Lied Center for Performing Arts in Lincoln in 2010.

Pieloch is also a 2014 Giving Member of the University of Nebraska Foundation Giving Society

The Pieloch Classic Car Collection

Mark Pieloch is a classic car enthusiast and collector. The Pieloch Classic Car Collection today includes 137 classic and antique vehicles, consisting mainly of muscle cars from the 1960s through 1971. The collection is housed in Syracuse, Nebraska. Pieloch is opening the American Muscle Car Museum in the Fall of 2016 at a 123,000 square foot facility in Melbourne, Florida.

Pieloch Classic Car Collection Highlights

  • 137 cars, one-quarter of which have less than 200 miles on the odometer
  • 25 Indy 500 Pace Cars, including a 1955 Convertible Chevrolet Bel Air Pace Car and a 1957 Mercury Turnpike Cruiser Convertible Pace Car.
  • 25 cars with less than 100 original miles.
  • 80 First Place National Show Cars.
  • 10 Shelby Mustang cars dating from 1965 to 1970, including a 1968 Shelby GT 500 Cobra convertible

The collection also includes 10 Yenkos dating from 1966 to 1981:

  • A 1966 Yenko Corvair race car that is an actual SCCA Class D National Champion car.
  • A 1968 Yenko Camaro with 5800 original miles.
  • A 1969 Yenko Camaro with 9900 original miles, which was Don Yenko's person car known as UNO (http://clubs.hemmings.com/nirg-earlyfordv-8/Newsletter/2008/Jun/June08-2.htm).
  • A 1972 Yenko Vega Wagon; 1 of only 50 ever produced and the only one known to exist.
  • A 1981 Yenko Camaro Stage III Turbo Charged; 1 of 3 ever built and the only one known to exist.
  • A 1957 Chevy Bel-Air which won Best of Show in 2006 at the Brainard Car Club (http://brainardcarclub.org/2006winners.html).
  • 30 Corvettes, most of which are special editions or unique 1 of 1 cars.
  • 25 Camaros; including 2 Yenkos and 1 COPO.
  • 17 1955 and 1957 Chevrolets, Fords, Mercurys
  • 7 Boss Mustangs

In addition to automobiles, the collection includes:

  • 38 restored antique gas pumps.
  • 26 restored antique pedal cars.
  • 14 antique radios, including an ultra rare 1949 Coca-Cola table top radio.
  • 13 restored antique balloon-tire bikes.
  • 108 restored neon auto signs.
  • 3 antique restored soda coolers
  • A restored 1952 Seeburg Model 100 jukebox.
